AI will reshape climate work
Will you be ahead of it?

Claude Code signals how consulting, analysis, and reporting will get done.

This program teaches you to use it—fast. Six weeks, five real deliverables, a system you'll use for years.

The window is open. It won't stay open.

The next 18 months will decide careers

AI is changing how climate work gets done. The professionals who learn now will advance and gain impact. The ones who wait risk being too late.

Most AI training is generic. Mass cohorts with 100+ enrolled and guest speakers. Certificates for your LinkedIn.

This is different. You'll master Claude Code—and build real deliverables you can use the day after the program ends.

Seven deliverables in under an hour—live

In our Feb 5 workshop, we built seven consulting deliverables in under an hour—carbon dashboards, TCFD memos, supplier analysis.

The cohort teaches you to do the same.

Six weeks. Five deliverables

Week 1

Setup + Fundamentals

Configure your Claude Code environment. Build your CLAUDE.md, folder structure, and complete your first build.

Week 2

Data Audit

Generate a data quality memo with improvement recommendations. The kind of deliverable that usually takes a week.

Week 3

Carbon Inventory

Build an emissions dashboard that visualizes Scope 1, 2, and 3 data. Interactive, shareable, client-ready.

Week 4

Materiality + Initiatives

Create a materiality matrix and reduction roadmap. Strategic deliverables that demonstrate real analysis.

Week 5

Tracking Dashboard

Build a progress tracking system with variance analysis. Show clients—or leadership—exactly where things stand.

Week 6

Disclosure Narrative

Your capstone: a TCFD/CSRD-aligned disclosure narrative. The kind of document that gets reviewed by executives.

You'll work with simulated client data across five industries. Every deliverable is something you'd send to a real client.

Build, demo, refine, repeat

Weekly Rhythm

Monday 60-min live build. Start with a problem, leave with a working deliverable.
Tue–Thu Refine with your own data. Async support on Discord.
Friday 90-min demo session. Present your work. Get feedback. Learn from peers.
5–7 hours per week.
Intensive, but contained.

What you leave with

A Working System

Your own CLAUDE.md, playbooks, and folder structure—configured for climate work.

Five Deliverables

Client-ready outputs you can use immediately or add to your portfolio.

The Skill to Build More

The muscle memory to solve new problems fast—every time.

A Peer Network

Climate professionals who've built alongside you. The network stays active.

Proof for Your Team

Show your team and manager what AI—and you—are capable of.

Common questions

Do I need coding experience?

No. Claude Code handles the technical complexity. You focus on defining the problem and refining the output. If you can describe what you need, you can do this.

What if I miss a live session?

Sessions are recorded. But the program is designed around live participation—the Monday builds and Friday demos are where the learning happens. Plan to attend.

Is this for pivoters or practitioners?

Both. About half our participants are pivoting into climate; half are already in sustainability roles. What matters is familiarity with climate concepts (carbon accounting, Scope 1/2/3, materiality) and the drive to build.

What's the time commitment?

5-7 hours per week. Monday live build (60 min), mid-week refinement on your own, Friday demo (90 min). Intensive but contained.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. Many participants use professional development funds. We can provide documentation for PD/L&D reimbursement requests.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You keep everything you build. The system, the deliverables, the skills. Many graduates continue using Claude Code daily in their work. The peer network stays active.
