These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in educational programs offered by Voiz Co., doing business as Kith AI Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Kith Climate cohort program. By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in Kith Climate programs is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a Kith Climate cohort is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All program fees must be paid in full prior to the cohort start date. Your enrollment is for the specific cohort for which you registered and is non-transferable.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after the cohort start date. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must do so in writing before the cohort begins. Refund requests made prior to the cohort start date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No deferrals. Enrollment cannot be transferred or deferred to a later cohort. If you are unable to participate in your enrolled cohort, your enrollment will be forfeited.

4. Platform Access

4.1 Access Period

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the Kith platform for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning on your cohort start date. Access to the platform after this period is not guaranteed and may require a separate agreement.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

Your access to the Kith platform is provided free of charge for the access period and is subject to the following restrictions:

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the applications, content, and materials you create using the Kith platform during the program ("Your Content"). However, Your Content is subject to the platform access and hosting limitations described in Section 4.

5.2 Our Content

All program materials, curriculum, platform software, and other content provided by Kith AI Lab remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Educational Program

Kith Climate is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to career advancement, job placement, or financial results.

6.2 Application Accuracy

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information contained in or produced by applications built using the Kith platform. Applications built during the program use artificial intelligence and other technologies that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. You are solely responsible for verifying any information produced by your applications before relying on it for any purpose.

6.3 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kith AI Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program or use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on information produced by applications.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, discrimination, or other conduct that disrupts the program, without refund.

9. Privacy

Your participation in the program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants. Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the program shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
